Among other things, it noted vaguely that the agency would scrutinize applicants who \u00ab\u00a0support or promote anti-American ideologies or activities\u00a0\u00bb and \u00ab\u00a0enforce all relevant immigration laws to the maximum degree, including the use of discretion, to deny the benefit request.\u00a0\u00bb Effectively, it instructed evaluators to deny people engaged in anti-Americanism, which it did not define there or elsewhere. <\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-none\">What is anti-Americanism?
