The US Department of Justice has once again indicted<\/a> James Comey – this time, for an alleged threat the former FBI director made toward President Donald Trump on Instagram, as reported earlier by CNN<\/a>. In its indictment<\/a>, filed in a North Carolina federal court on Tuesday, the DOJ cites the now-deleted image Comey posted to Instagram last May, which showed a seashell arrangement making up the numbers \u00ab\u00a08647.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

The DOJ claims \u00ab\u00a0a reasonable recipient who is familiar with the circumstances would interpret as a serious expression of an intent to do harm.\u00a0\u00bb The phrase \u00ab\u00a0eighty-six\u00a0\u00bb can be used as slang that means to \u00ab\u00a0get rid of\u00a0\u00bb or \u00ab\u00a0throw out,\u00a0\u00bb accord \u2026<\/a><\/p>\n
