The FTC had alleged Zillow agreed to pay Redfin to syndicate its listings, while Redfin would end its own advertising contracts and promise not to compete with Zillow for multifamily listings.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ftc.gov\/news-events\/news\/press-releases\/2026\/08\/ftc-secures-order-resolving-antitrust-concerns-zillow-redfin-agreement\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FTC&rsquo;s settlement proposal<\/a> allows Redfin to continue syndicating rental listings from Zillow \u00ab\u00a0unencumbered by the anticompetitive restraints\u00a0\u00bb in the original deal, but also
