After the hearing, two conclusions were inescapable. <\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-none\">First, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/business\/2025\/08\/01\/ntsb-investigation-dc-plane-crash-takeaways\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">disaster should have been prevented<\/a> by existing safety rules.
