Meta spokesperson Tracy Clayton said in a statement to <em>The Verge<\/em> that \u00ab\u00a0no user data was mishandled\u00a0\u00bb during the incident. <\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-none\">A Meta engineer was using an internal AI agent, which Clayton described as \u00ab\u00a0similar in nature to OpenClaw within a secure development environment,\u00a0\u00bb to analyze a technical question another employee posted on an internal company forum.
