Its bonds slipped into <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ft.com\/content\/8171ef4a-b291-4375-bc85-87bee0f8bf7b\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">distressed territory<\/a> by a common definition &#8211; when investors demand 1,000 basis points more in yield than they&rsquo;d get from government bonds. Last Tuesady Chamath <a href=\"https:\/\/www.axios.com\/2026\/06\/24\/chamath-palihapitiya-spac-axios-show\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00ab\u00a0SPAC King\u00a0\u00bb<\/a> Palihapitiya <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/chamath\/status\/2110128893680378299\" target=\"_blank\">noticed the distressed debt<\/a>, and also <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/chamath\/status\/2110090896960356768\" target=\"_blank\">asked whether the AI buildout was a private credit bubble<\/a>. Its shares are down more than 20 percent since Tuesday&rsquo;s close, which is kind of a lot!
